About Us

The Queensberry Arms Hotel was bought over in February 2007, by current owners Roger and Lisa Boardman. The hotel is constantly being upgraded and refurbished to ensure facilities are meeting clients needs and that we can assure guests of a perfect stay what ever the occasion.

Originally an 18th century Coaching Inn the Hotel has been developed over the years increasing its accommodation and overall facilities.

The Hotel has quite a social side to its business with various community groups that meet in the Hotel.

Named after the largest Clipper of its time "The Queensberry", this ship plied the waters between Annan and the south pacific carrying Coffee and similar goods to all parts of the world. In fact the Hotel has quite a sea fairing history and its current owners have ensured that this has not been lost. Continuing the theme in the resonantly furbished restaurant.

Towards the end of 2009, the construction of Megano's Pizzeria Ristorante was started. The new Itallian Resturant would be the only one in Annan and very early into the New Year 2010 interior building works had finished and the Resturant was opened.

The website has been created by Daniel Sherret, who also took all photographs displayed on the site, and was fully completed in October 2008.
